R90
The sinks of the R90 series are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (1.4301), characterized by a high Nickel content, which guarantees robustness and corrosion resistance. On request, this type can also be supplied in AISI 316 steel (1.4401), an alloy even more resistant to corrosive agents, ideal for particularly aggressive environments.
The R60 tanks, a related component of the series, undergo an intermediate heat treatment, which can consist of a recrystallization annealing or a solution heat treatment. This process has the dual effect of removing structural alterations caused by plastic deformation during processing and ensuring perfect straightness of the walls, a fundamental condition to facilitate more precise and higher quality welding.
The standard finish used is tumbling, chosen as an excellent compromise between aesthetics and corrosion resistance, making the product both functional and visually appealing.
However, for specific needs, additional types of finishes are available, including:
Pickled
Electrolytic
Tampico
Scotch Brite
Ceramic bead blasting
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)
Finally, it is possible to customize the product by requesting reduced or increased thicknesses and different heights, to best adapt to any design or installation requirement.
