Sales Reserved for Professionals

Sales through this website are reserved exclusively for companies, professionals, public institutions and economic operators holding a VAT Number. Purchases by private consumers are not permitted.

Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made in the course of business, commercial, craft or professional activities are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal.

Exceptional Returns

Any acceptance of a return request by ITALIAGROUP CORPORATE SRL does not constitute a customer right nor a contractual obligation of the seller.

All return requests are reviewed individually and may be accepted or refused at the sole discretion of the management.

Any return authorization is granted solely as an exceptional commercial courtesy and shall not create any precedent or obligation for future requests.

Conditions for Possible Return Approval

• Prior written authorization through the R.M.A. procedure.
• Goods must be complete, undamaged and fully resalable.
• Original packaging must be complete and in good condition.
• Products must not have been used, installed or modified.
• All transport, handling and related costs are entirely borne by the purchaser.
• A deduction of up to 20% of the net value of the returned goods may be applied to cover inspection, handling and restocking costs.

Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances for:

• Custom-made products.
• Personalized products.
• Products ordered according to specific customer requirements.
• Products that can no longer be sold as new.
• Used, assembled, damaged or incomplete products.

Request Procedure

Return requests must include the order number, invoice number, product codes, quantities and reason for the request. Any authorization will be issued exclusively in writing by our commercial department.
