Premium stainless steel containers and accessories

Technical Description and Features of AISI 304 Stainless Steel Containers
The containers are made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. AISI 304 is an austenitic steel suitable for contact with food, in accordance with Ministerial Decree 21/03/1973 and its subsequent updates and amendments.
They are produced using stainless steel with a Nickel content higher than the minimum required value, which further increases corrosion resistance.
The thicknesses are specifically designed to ensure greater strength and dimensional stability of the containers.
The corner radii are minimized to maximize internal capacity.
They are equipped with a stacking rim that allows for optimal nesting, facilitating storage.
The edge flatness is calibrated to ensure both a refined aesthetic appearance and greater resistance to deformation.
Grinding operations are performed by anthropomorphic robots, ensuring surfaces free of sharp edges for greater user safety.
The containers undergo a solution heat treatment, which involves heating the stainless steel to a temperature between 1000 and 1050°C. This process removes deformations and stress, keeps the steel at that temperature long enough to dissolve all carbides, and then rapidly cools it to prevent carbide precipitation.
Usage Guidelines and Technical Features
• Each container comes with a QR Code containing declarations of conformity.
• They undergo pickling, passivation, and vibro-tumbling treatments to remove all traces of oxidation and contaminants from the production process, promote the formation of a passive layer, and achieve an optimal surface finish both aesthetically and in terms of corrosion resistance. Neutral salt spray tests show no corrosion damage after 1500 hours of exposure.
• Each individual piece is washed with demineralized water on both sides to ensure maximum cleanliness.
• Various types of accessories are available, such as holes, handles, lids with or without handles, deep-drawn lids, with slots, and more. Upon request, various customizations can be made, including PVD or antibacterial (ABACO® - JIS Z 2801/A12012) coatings.
• The low surface roughness allows for easy and thorough cleaning.
• The containers are manufactured according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures, as set out in Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and Regulation (EC) No. 2023/2006.
• They comply with the global and specific migration limits for Nickel, Chromium, and Manganese under the indicated test conditions: 3% w/v acetic acid simulant, time and temperature 30 minutes at 100°C with repeated contact, in accordance with Ministerial Decree 21/03/1973 and subsequent amendments.
• They are designed and manufactured in compliance with the UNI 631-1 standard.
• The production process ensures container traceability according to Regulation No. 2023/2006 GMP.
• Each item is marked with a barcode and a batch number for traceability.
